The clinical paper of moot court and internship shall be spread over in all semesters
(i.e. Six Semesters).
The scheme of completion of said paper will be as following :

1) Each student shall have to complete the 12 week internship during the course.
2) Each semester the internship shall be for a period of two weeks
3) Students shall submit their report of internship of the college in every semesters of report in not submitted, the progress of such students will not be considered.

i) The meeting discussed about the letter from Bar Council of India No.
D.1823/2010(LE) dated 30.11.2010 and unanimously resolved that the guideline in the letter is to be strictly implemented. The letter is to be circulated among all law colleges with strict instructions for implementation.
ii) It is resolved that as per the provisions of the Bar Council of India rules, part IV, the students opting to write examination in Marathi medium, have to pass a compulsory paper of English.

40 : 10 pattern in each paper
There shall be 40:10 pattern in each paper (External Examination of 40 Marks and Internal Evaluation of 10 Marks)
In internal examination there will be one test for 05 Marks and 05 Marks will be for active participation.
Passing rules
Passing rules of LL.B. (3 year) course will be mutatis Mutandis applicable to the integrated (LL.B.) Course.
Compulsory English
As per BCI rules ( Part – IV), there shall be one compulsory paper of English of 100 marks for marathi medium students. This paper will be taught in the second semester of LL.B. three years Course and in the sixth semester of LL.B. five Years Course (B.S.L. Third Year, Sixth Semester)

75 : 25 pattern in the theory papers
There shall be 75:25 pattern in the theory papers including compulsory and optional papers.
1) Theory paper will carry 75 marks for external examination and 25 marks will be for internal Evaluation. In external examinations the question paper will carry 07 (seven) questions, out of which the students shall answer 05(Five)
2) The scheme of Internal Evaluation shall be as follows :
a. There shall be two tests of 15 marks.
b. 10 Marks will be for active participation in class room.
Individual head of passing :
The students shall obtain 40% of the total marks in external and internal for passing the examination
Scheme of syllabus :
Scheme of syllabus of LL.B. (3 years) course will be mutatis mutandis applicable in the integrated LL.B. Course (BSL III year, First & Second Semester) in due course of time.
